<p>Patrick Jones is head of R&amp;D strategy at Apriori Bio. He joined Flagship in 2022 as a principal at Flagship Pioneering.&nbsp;</p><p>Prior to joining Flagship, Patrick worked as a general manager at Adaptive Biotechnologies in diagnostics development, drug discovery research, and commercial operations. Previously, Patrick worked within Sanofi’s Rare Disease Pharmacology group where he led cross-functional screening and research teams for rare and neglected disease programs in malaria, sickle cell disease, lysosomal storage disorders, and neuronopathic leukodystrophies. Patrick was a postdoctoral fellow at Genzyme and the T.H. Chan Harvard School of Public Health, and holds a PhD in biology from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a biology degree from College of the Holy Cross.</p>
