<p>Tom Kibasi is senior vice president of strategy for Flagship Pioneering’s Preemptive Health &amp; Medicine Initiative and is senior vice president of governmental affairs at Apriori Bio. Prior to joining Flagship, Tom was executive director of the Institute for Public Policy Research, the UK’s leading progressive think tank. He was previously a partner in the healthcare practice at McKinsey &amp; Company where he served clients in 20 health systems across the globe as well as international public health institutions. Tom also serves as deputy chair of a large NHS provider trust in London. He is an honorary lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London and graduated with first class honours from Trinity College, University of Cambridge.</p>
